Thank you for being a loyal Car Aid customer! Please review the following terms and conditions:


Eligibility & Use

  • The punch card is valid for standard oil changes purchased at full price only.
  • Specialty oil changes (synthetic, high-mileage, or for exotic/performance vehicles) may incur an additional chargeand may not be eligible for a free service unless approved by management.
  • Only one card per vehicle will be honored. Cards are non-transferable between vehicles or customers.


Punch Rules

  • You must present the punch card at the time of service to receive a punch. No retroactive punches will be given.
  • Only one punch per visit is allowed.
  • The free oil change reward is issued after 3 paid, full-price oil changes are completed and punched.
  • The free oil change must be equal to or lesser in value than the previous services. Any price difference for upgraded oil types must be paid by the customer.


Bonus Punches

  • Earn one bonus punch by leaving Car Aid a review on Yelp. The review must be shown to a Car Aid team member at the time of your visit to receive the extra punch. Bonus punches are limited to one per card.


Redemption

  • The card must be physically present to redeem a free oil change. Digital images or copies will not be accepted.
  • Punch cards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for anything other than the outlined reward.
  • Cards may not be combined with any other promotions, coupons, fleet pricing, or discounted oil change offers.

Lost or Damaged Cards

  • Car Aid is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged punch cards. We are unable to reissue or credit punches without the physical card.


Expiration & Program Changes

  • Punch cards do not expire, but Car Aid reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without notice.
  • Any abuse or suspected fraud may result in the forfeiture of accumulated punches or reward eligibility.
