to use the service and receive SMS and MMS messages, you provide your express written
consent to receive messages from Car-Aid Auto Group. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

how to opt out and contact us should you have any questions.

The service and messages you may receive may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Opt-In Methods and Consent
Opting in to our service may be performed by checking the opt-in option within our web-based
service, providing verbal approval to receive messages, or via email, text, form submission, or
written confirmation.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and
that you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from Car-Aid Auto Group.
Messaging Use and Rates
Message frequency will depend upon how often you engage with our service and may vary from
time to time. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your
mobile service provider. Car-Aid Auto Group does not charge for messages and is not
responsible for carrier fees.
Opting Out
You may opt out of this service at any time by:
● Replying “STOP” to any SMS message
● Requesting to opt out verbally with any of our staff
● Contacting our office to opt out at hello@caraidnow.com
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages, except for a one-time confirmation
message.

Supported Carriers
SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Service Availability
Car-Aid Auto Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time.
